For adjusting a carbody to the tension-free position, the four sensors move upwards to touch the car body and then the software together with the precision lifting gear is controlling the height and displacement of each sensor until the correct force and tension free position is reached. In Shelf production the EKM 305 S system is used. After you have concluded the inside final assembly, the corner load measuring system EKM 305-F is pushed under the car body.The correct corner forces are calculated following the newest standard DIN25043 which incorporates the position of the center gravity. After the car body reaches its tension free position, you can measure the geometric dimensions.

测量机车的受力测量,最为关键的就是没有任何干扰外力的影响。EKM机车测力系统,EKM 305S称重架桥采用4个双路测力传感器及位移检测计算机检测系统,分析承重机车的移动位置及受力状态,尤其是装置偏离的各种侧向外力,以保证高精度准确测量。EKM 305-F再在机车装配后,进行推动力计量检测。每个力点及位置数据汇集到DIN25043分析及累加,并综合重力加速度参数,最终精确给出车辆几何尺寸。

After mounting the bogies to the car body, our RAK402 systems are used to sense each wheel load, axle loads and bogie loads to the rail.
